My fee for performing weddings includes all aspects of legal paperwork, lodgement of legal paperwork, rehearsal, writing of wedding script and vows, signing table & chairs with matching bows to suit bridal colour scheme, PA system, other decorations if needed. Initial consultation for filling out Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) Also $100.00 deposit upon signing of the NOIM, bank transfer or cash. Invoice provided.
My fees begin at $350.00 for an elopement or very basic wedding.
I provide a complimentary wedding Arbor and bali flags for beach or outdoor weddings.
I have dressing screen backdrops, which can be decorated with tulle, white roses and ivy and used for patio weddings and other weddings inside or out. (Provided Free of Charge)
GETTING MARRIED IN AUSTRALIA
In Australia, marriage is regulated by the Marriage Act 1961, which sets out the process for getting married and the legal requirements of a valid marriage.
A completed Notice of Intended Marriage form must be given to your celebrant at least one month (and up to 18 months) before the wedding. You and your partner must provide your celebrant with evidence of your date and place of birth, identity and the end of any previous marriage (or death of a partner) Paperwork must be original or certified copies.
